Terms and Conditions of Sale

Preamble

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T) apply, without restriction or reservation, to all sales concluded by La Compagnie des Airs Sauvages with non-professional buyers referred to as “Trainees” or “Spectators” within these T

As part of its activities, La Compagnie des Airs Sauvages organizes workshops, classes, and concerts. To attend these, tickets are offered for distance sale, particularly on the helloasso website. These T specify, in particular, the conditions for immediate purchase, payment, or delivery of ordered tickets.

Ticket offers are subject to availability.

These T apply to the exclusion of all other conditions.

These T are systematically communicated to every buyer prior to immediate purchase and will prevail, where applicable, over any other version or contradictory document.

The Trainee or Spectator declares having read and accepted these T before their immediate purchase or placing their order, it being specified that payment implies their acceptance. By placing their order, Trainees or Spectators declare having read and accepted these general terms and conditions of sale. They have also read and accepted the admission conditions mentioned on the paper program, the website, and the ticketing platform.

Article 1: General Conditions

Tickets are neither taken back nor exchanged, except in case of date or time error on the ticket, nor refunded in case of loss or theft. No duplicate will be issued.

Their resale is prohibited. The ticket must be presented to the ushers.

It is the responsibility of the Trainee or Spectator to verify the accuracy of the order and to immediately report any error.

The association is not intended to sell tickets to professionals, but only to individuals for their personal needs. The Seller therefore reserves the right to refuse purchases of large quantities of tickets by the same Trainee or Spectator.

Trainees or Spectators are informed that video clips are filmed and photos are taken for the communication needs of La Compagnie des Airs Sauvages during events; their image may therefore appear in them. By purchasing tickets and participating in the subsequent events, Trainees or Spectators therefore authorize the use of their image. Consequently, they cannot later reproach the association for this use or use this circumstance to claim any prejudice entitling them to compensation.

La Compagnie des Airs Sauvages reserves the right to modify schedules and programs. Changes to schedules, programs, or a session cannot give rise to a refund except in the event of complete cancellation. In the latter case, only tickets will be refunded. Non-attendance by the customer or any cancellation will only result in a ticket refund under the terms provided in paragraph 2 of Article 4.

Article 2: Prices

Ticket prices are indicated in euros, All Taxes Included, covering booking fees. Ticket prices vary for each event due to the diversity of services that may be offered and cannot be defined in advance.

Article 3: Online Booking

The immediate payment method is credit card payment.

Ticket booking is done in real-time. Our server informs you in real-time about availability at the time of your order.

During your booking, the “my cart” page summarizes what you are about to order. This page only informs you about the current order. This page does not constitute firm proof of reservation. The order is only final once payment by credit card is completed.

La Compagnie des Airs Sauvages cannot be held responsible for errors made by the buyer during their order (contact details, email, incorrect card number).

Payment by credit card constitutes a firm and final purchase, provided your payment is accepted by your bank. The credit card payment system is equipped with a security protocol that allows you to carry out your transactions safely.

You will receive an email confirming the purchase of your seats. This email serves as proof of purchase. We therefore invite you to check your email, save, and print the confirmation email. If you do not receive this email, check your spam filter, then call us at 07 88 79 55 84. You will receive them directly in your inbox with the message confirming the purchase of your seats. You will then need to print them and present them at the entrance, or present your mobile phone with the digital tickets. If you do not receive your tickets within seconds of your payment, please contact us.

Article 4: Order Modification or Cancellation

Any total cancellation of an order must be notified to La Compagnie des Airs Sauvages by phone and then by letter.

La Compagnie des Airs Sauvages will retain a percentage of the order amount for any cancellation initiated by the Trainee or Spectator.

Cancellation fees will apply according to the schedule below:

  • 30 to 15 days before the cancelled activity date: 0%
  • 15 to 2 days before the cancelled activity date: 50%
  • The day before or on the day of the cancelled activity: 100%

In the event that a product is modified on an essential element or cancelled by La Compagnie des Airs Sauvages due to a service provider, the Trainee or Spectator must, after being informed, either terminate their reservation and obtain a refund, or accept the proposed modification.

Non-attendance by the Trainee or Spectator at the entrance or non-compliance with the rules in force for entering the event does not entitle them to a refund. La Compagnie des Airs Sauvages will then retain the total amount of the order.

Article 5: CNIL (French Data Protection Authority)

In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, you have the right to access, rectify, and object to personal data concerning you. This right can be exercised by writing to us at the following address, indicating your last name, first name, and address: Compagnie des Airs Sauvages, 37 place Edmond Paillaud, 14480 Creully-Sur-Seulles.

Article 6: Applicable Law

These terms of sale are subject to French law.

Article 7: Dispute Resolution

Any dispute relating to the validity, interpretation, execution, or termination of these terms falls under the jurisdiction of French courts under ordinary law.

In the event of a conflict with the association, in addition to judicial recourse, the Trainee or Spectator may resort to conventional mediation (particularly with the Consumer Mediation Commission or sectoral mediation bodies) or any alternative dispute resolution method.
